How to Register Teachers on SchoolBase
This Video explains how a school admin registers and assigns a teacher in Schoolbase. From the Teachers page, the admin selects Add Teacher, enters the teacher’s name, email, and password, then assigns the classes and subjects the teacher will teach. After saving, the teacher receives an email with their school details and assigned classes and subjects, and can log in using the provided password. The video then demonstrates what the newly created teacher sees on their dashboard under My Teaching, including the number of assigned classes, subjects, and students by phase such as Early Years, Primary 1 through Primary 6.
How to Create Classes on SchoolBase
This Video explains how to create a new class in SchoolBase through the Class Settings area. It notes that only an admin with the main school account can do this. The creator shows navigating to the classes page, where classes are organized by phases including Early Years, Primary, and Secondary, and mentions current counts before adding a new class (Early Years one to two, Primary four, Secondary three). They then add a class by entering the class name, selecting the phase, optionally adding an arm or optical device, and clicking Add Class, after which the class appears under the relevant phase with subjects still at zero.

Parents can pay immediately using Pay Now in the app, and school officials can record manual payments by selecting the student, entering the amount, and recording the payment; parents receive notifications by WhatsApp and email.
